If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, an additional fee of $15 will be charged. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid any extra charges and to ensure that we can provide the best service possible.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full amount for the session(s) that was/were booked. We understand that circumstances can change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
